Shipping policy

Please note that while shipping is complimentary and fully covered by us, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges imposed by your country’s regulations are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our coverage.

Additionally, deliveries to certain locations may be subject to an extra USD 50 remote area surcharge, as designated by the courier - which we may contact you for another address to avoid the surcharge, or link for additional payment needed.

All shipments are handled via DHL or Aramex.
